Transferred Credits

I was wondering if graduate schools, more specifically Law schools, can see the grades you got from transferred credits.
Right now, I'm working 30 hours a week, taking two online courses ( so basically teaching myself) and I'm taking a Calc 3 course that runs 4 days a week, so my grades aren't that great, but I'm still passing.
I'm just wondering if it's even worth the stress of getting credits if grad schools can see that I did poorly...
thanks

They see all of your transcripts from all colleges you attended, so yes, they can.

Most graduate schools (including law schools) request transcripts from all colleges you have ever attended, regardless of whether the courses counted towards your degree. And the National Student Clearinghouse makes it easy to enforce that policy.

Thank you all…

since I have a C, would it be better to drop the course and take the course as my main school? I don’t think it’d be great for grad schools to see a C on a transcript from community college, I think a W might be better in this choice…

I have 1 A and a W (due to a mistake in high school) already… so I’ll have two W’s and an A. And probably a B for this other course for my transcript for the community college.
