Hey All,
I'm interested in transferring abroad, particularly looking at Britain (LSE, Oxford) and possibly schools in Paris. Does anyone know the process for that? I know for England you have to go through UCAS, but the websites for both Oxford and LSE are a little vague on transfer details (that's assuming that transfers are allowed). Can someone enlighten me and tell me what I might need to know about the process for transferring abroad?

I would recommend calling the schools, no one will give you better guidance than them.

Theres the American University of Paris I think the admission process is the same or similar to a regular u.s. university.

There is no real concept of tranferring in the UK. It is forbidden at Oxbridge and very very rare everywhere else. You have to apply through UCAS to enter in the first year.

Explained on the Oxford web-site.

I'm at the American University of Paris right now doing my undergrad and we have a lot of transfer students from European schools and American schools, as well. We have a few from NYU and surpisingly enough, I meet a lot of transfers from Seattle (no clue why!)
