Transferring after a medical leave of absence during freshman year

Hi!
Here’s some background on my college career so far. My questions are at the bottom!

I took a medical leave during the first semester of my freshman year and wasn’t able to complete any of my course work online. I left after the drop date so I took withdrawals from my classes, the withdrawals likely will not appear on my transcript, however, because of the circumstances around my leave.
I’ve been taking classes at a local college after returning home. At my other university, once I finish these classes, I would be a sophomore based on the amount of credits that I have.
I am looking to transfer schools, but I have just started to look and given the current circumstances (with the coronavirus) college visits seem to be out of the picture.

These are my questions:

  1. Is it possible to transfer over the summer for the fall semester at whatever new university?
  2. Does each college have their own transfer application or is the a common one like the common app for freshman?
  3. What kind of documents would I need to send to the new universities? High school and college transcripts? ACT and AP scores?

If there is any other information that would be helpful let me know.
Thanks for your help!

You need to contact each of the places on the list, and ask them what to do. They might not even know yet about next fall. The college where I work certainly doesn’t!
