Transferring as a 2nd bachelor's degree

Hi, everyone,

I have a quick question: will university allow a 2nd bachelor’s degree student from a local 4-year university transferring?

I had my first degree aboard, and begin to pursue my 2nd bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Just finished my freshman year, focused on major courses since I don’t have to take GE courses, with 4.0 GPA.
Is that possible to transfer to U of M? I don’t I have SAT/ACT scores since my first degree is not in US.

You need to ask U of M about this.

You will need to provide official copies of your transcripts from your first university in addition to the ones from your current university. If you haven’t had your foreign transcripts evaluated yet, contact http://wes.org/ and find out how to take care of that.
