Hi guys! So, I won't post all the reasons I'm transferring (I've posted that elsewhere if you'd really like to know) but suffice to say I'm going to be transferring from Vanderbilt after this year (I'm a current freshman) and going back to South Carolina. I'm working really hard to end the year with at or above 3.0 so that I'll qualify to get back my Palmetto Fellows scholarship, so I want to stay in-state so that I can use that. I'm from Anderson, so I'm like 5 minutes from Anderson University. I'm really just looking for suggestions on what schools will be affordable with my Palmetto Fellows $7,500. I'm currently taking out a federal student loan for $5,500, and I don't mind continuing to take that out for my other 3 years, but I'd like to not pay more than those combined.

Basically, please suggest some universities in South Carolina that either around that much regularly, or offer transfer money that I could take advantage of. Obviously I'll apply for whatever transfer money they offer, the real question is one of if I'll be qualified for it (i.e., more qualified than other applicants).

At this point, I'd like somewhere I'm familiar with, like Anderson University or Furman, but I understand that maybe I can't be too picky given the situation. Basically, any advice is welcome.
