Transferring from a UC to another UC

<p>im an incoming freshman at UC Riverside, majoring in Computer Engineering. is it possible for me to transfer after two years, to another UC, specifically UCSD? what are the chances of me getting accepted? i wanna go to UCSD for the better engineering program, and the AFROTC program at SDSU. thanks.</p>

<p>or would it be easier to transfer from a UC to CSU, like UC Riverside to SDSU?</p>

<p>It's possible to transfer from a UC to another UC, but it will be significantly harder than someone transferring from a CCC to a UC. Make sure you make it clear in your essay on why you want to transfer to UCSD.</p>
