Transferring from an out of state Community College to a CSU?

I really want to get into a CSU but there’s so many requirements, like 60 transferable units, the golden classes?? How will I complete these from an out of state community college, or is it even possible to transfer from an out of state community college? What are my options? Please be honest so I can get the dream out of my head if it is not possible!

Edit: I am currently a freshman on my second semester at the Community College.

Email the transfer admissions office at the CSU that you are interested in. Ask them. They are the experts.
