<p>Hi, I am currently enrolled at a community college; I haven’t taken my schooling seriously up until recently. I currently have a 2.96 GPA and am hoping to transfer to CSU Stanislaus, or CSU Sacramento. To fulfill the GE requirements I need to take a critical thinking class to cover A3 and I also need to take a life science class with a lab to cover B2, 3. For these two schools if I take a class to fulfill the A3 requirement would I be able to transfer? I would have the 60 units; I just wouldn’t have taken the life science and lab class. I’m unsure about my major maybe child development, liberal studies, or even education I hope to become a teacher. Any insight would be extremely helpful! </p>
<p>Hi, i am transferring in the fall from CCC to SFSU, i too was indecisive on my major. I recommend to go to this website, if you haven’t done so all ready: <a href=“http://www.assist.org”>www.assist.org</a>
from there you can search for universities to transfer to depending on whatever major you are interested in. Or you can look up a University first and then decide on one of the majors that the university offers. It’ll ask you to put what school you are currently attending. From there, it’ll provided you with links of PDF format that you can print out that state what specific classes you need to take to transfer to get into that major. IN ADDITION you must also get the GE breath transfer requirements, (which sounds like you all ready heard about those). There is another PDF page that you can print out to ensure that you have all the classes you need to transfer.
Wish you the best of luck!</p>
