Hello everyone.

I am having a hard time making decisions so I need your help. Last year, I applied to Baruch college and I could not get in, so I tried again this year and was admitted; however, I am already in a senior year (105 credits) at Queens college majoring in accounting with 3.8 GPA. Should I transfer over there even though I would have to forfeit many of my credits and take additional semesters?

I asked this question to many people including professors, school advisers, current students at Baruch etc. Almost half of them told me that I definitely should transfer to Baruch right now since it has a prestigious reputation for accounting major, more recruiting opportunities from big firms, strong alumni networks and so on.

I do not want to waste anymore time and money but is it really worth doing it? I would like to hear your opinion about it.

Thank you!
