Hello.
I have 8 courses left before I will have an associates degree at a community college to transfer to a school so I can get a BA in accounting. I've been working on my gpa and retaking a few classes that I didn't do so well on a while back. This current semester is almost finished and I'm expecting to have a 3.0. I'll still have the 8 other courses to try to make that number better plus as I said, I'm willing to retake any that are really hurting my gpa. Also I have taking some of my classes at a local university.
So with that being said, I'm wanting to transfer to Baruch for their accounting program. I hear it's pretty good and I know I don't have a chance at nyu or Columbia. I'm out of state and plan on room-mating with someone probably in Brooklyn because of a lower cost. Any professional advice would be greatly appreciated!
