Transferring from US Polytechnic school to a Canadian University (UBC Vancouver)

I'm actually wondering if anyone has transferred from the US to Canada?

I just left the Berklee College of Music am starting from the bottom cause I am no longer going to be in music :(

I have spoken with UBC on their standards for international transfer students but I can't seem to get a clear answer on what their standards may or may not be.

I am just now starting a technical college and plan on get an Associates in Arts and transferring to UBC for a BA in Psychology. I never took the SATs or ACT but that doesn't seem to be an issue and I have registered for 30 credits for the next two terms as they stated.

The dilemma I am having is that they claim to not be able to let me know what classes will or will not transfer, I do need 6 Credits of English and 3 in Math

Does anyone know what courses are an equivalent to Canada's system? I have 3 terms I'll be able to complete before the transfer is to happen.

Thanks for any info

UBC has no standard equivalency guide unless you are attending an institution in BC.

google BC Transfer Guide and find a school similar to yours---thats the only option really

For non Canadian institutions what they give credit for and how much credit they give is impossible to determine unless you apply and get accepted...
