I applied and accepted Exploratory because I didn't want to commit to a major just yet. I was wondering, is it difficult to transfer into the Park School of Communications for my sophomore year?

Yes. Park is very difficult to transfer into.
You have to have as close to a 4.0 as possible to transfer in.

Darn. Even from Exploratory when the point is to help you find a major? What if the major you decide on is in Park? They'll say "Sorry pick another major?"?.

Being in exploratory really only has the perk of being able to register for classes first. It's always better to just apply into the major you want to be in and then try and transfer if you realize you don't like it. If you decide on a major that is in Park and your GPA isn't high (I know the office there says you need to have "as close to a 4.0 as possible but if you have a reasonably high one they will probably consider you) they will tell you to bring up your GPA. It is important to realize it may not be possible to transfer into Park.

alright well thank you for the info
