I am currently attending University of the Sciences pharmD program. I just finished the first semester with a 3.92/4.0 gpa. When I applied during high school, I got rejected from Rutgers' pharmacy.

Back then, my gpa was a 3.65/4.0 and I was ranked 22/156. My SAT score was 1220/1600, 1830/2400.

Is it possible for me to transfer to Rutgers? USP is very costly and twice as far from home. I sent Rutgers an email inquiring about how I can go about trying to transfer and what I would need to do.

There is a minor different in the first year curriculum. In USP, i started with this strange mathematics class that is about functions and trigonometry. Next semester I take calculus 1 and that's it for the math. In rutgers, they only have calc 1 the first semester which allows for two gen ed courses instead of just 1 in the spring semester but I have transfer credit for an english class which might give me a chance to make that up.

What are the odds?
