Transferring into UT mech e.

<p>Hi. Recently i got capped to ut's engineering program and i was wondering if i should just go to TAMU and take easy classes so ill have a impressive GPA and request a transfer to ut. Does UT look at the rigor of the classes you take or do they just look at the GPA?</p>
