Transferring- Is there a waiting time for accounts?

Hey all, I should have my recommendation, transcripts, etc. soon, but I had a question:

When filling out the applications for Cornell (Normal + Supplement), is there a waiting period? Like, do we first have to create an account, wait a week or 2, and then we are allowed to view and submit certain materials? I dont want to start viewing their application on like March 5th and find out that I have to first create an account and wait 2 weeks, by then the deadline would be over!

The reason I ask is because I have only gathered my materials and will work on the supplements and everything over the weekend, but I have never actually "Officially started". I only quickly read their requirements and stuff, but never viewed the actual application and the essay prompts etc.

I have a lot going on right now so I am going to have to take it slowly now, and by this weekend i should be looking towards done. But is there ANY situation for this? (Filing FAFSA, creating account to view certain applications, etc)?

Thanks a lot!

Sorry for double post-

Basically if I was new to all of this and decided last minute I wanted to transfer to Cornell, could I have a COMPLETE application done when I want to, or would I first have to create an account and wait for stuff like verification, etc... sorry its confusing

I have a GT, but if it works the same way as the regular app and the GT app, you need to finish all parts of it and send it in. There is no official 2 week waiting period, but they won't upload your stuff as soon as they have it, so you won't have an account right away. For me it took them about a week after I turned it in for them to give me an account. Basically even though you might have turned it in, you won't know if they got it right away. My suggestion is just finish everything this weekend and turn it in on monday.

So just to be clear, you don't need an account to turn certain things in, you can turn it all in at the same time to my understanding.
