transferring (meeting people/ parties)

<p>Hello, I am wanting to transfer to USD. I figured I would live in the dorms first year to meet people. How are the dorms at USD? Is it pretty easy to meet people in the dorms? </p>

<p>I am hearing that campus policies are pretty totalitarian with drugs/alcohol. Where do freshman go to party? I read all the action is at SanDiego State. How do people get there, drive? I guessing the way it works is most people make friends at USD and go to other schools to party? </p>

<p>My last worry is that I am Indian and Agnostic. I perfectly cool with taking theology classes and cool with other people being religious. I am also cool with being surrounded by wealthy white people, but my only concern is will they be cool with me? </p>

<p>ya there is defintely no party life here it sucks...everyone goes to state until they are 21 then everyone moves to mission beach. its like high school all over again, pretty ****ty.</p>
