Hey folks! Maybe you could help me out. I'm currently enrolled in the European university, where normally undegraduate courses last 3 years. Is it possible for me to transfer on the 3rd year of my uni to the American one and graduate with 4-year college degree? Or it depends on the school?

Most colleges and universities here will require that you spend two full years in attendance as a student, no matter how many previous years of study you have. So yes, if you have not completed your full undergraduate degree at your current university, you could apply for admission here most places.

@happymomof1 Thank you for your feedback. I don’t mind spending additional year on the university and yesterday I emailed the college department I’m mostly interested in. I hope they will provide me more information. Will I be required to take SAT or ACT tests?

No, as a transfer student, universities will primarily look at your academic record.

It is unlikely that they would want SAT or ACT scores, but some may. Contact the Transfer Admissions Office at each place that you are interested in, and find out what the specific requirements for that place are.
