Does anyone know when the summer 2009 articulation agreements with USC are posted?
What is involved with getting approval for summer courses taken at a community college or UCLA during the summer? Is it a simple form that is filled out and given to your advisor for pre-approval? Thanks so much.

They're not going to change enough to get posted special. The entire pre-approval process is online & you can do it right now for next summer.

Here's the procedure:

log into OASIS (http://www.usc.edu/oasis)

On the right, click "Request for Pre-approval to transfer course work to USC"

read the transfer approval criteria

Pick your state & school from the list

This will give you a list of all courses that are "pre-screened" for transfer credit. Select the courses you want to request pre-approval for. Once you have added all the courses you want to transfer to your "cart" then submit the request for pre-approval.

If the course you want is not on the list, add it using the form. They'll screen the class for transferability, which will slow the process a bit.

You can check which courses have been pre-approved for you under OASIS - Transfer credit report - I just want to see my transfer credit report - COURSES AVAILABLE FOR TRANSFER

edit: if you are not given pre-approval or want more credit/equivalencies then the pre-approval gives you, then you need to go through your advisor.

Thank you so much for your appreciated response.
