Transferring to a different country?

<p>This is just a hypothetical I am curious about. I am a student at a cc in California. I was just thinking about the feasibility of transferring to a different English speaking or Spanish speaking country university (or any country as long as this is still hypothetical) as an American. Is there a small amount of financial aid? Would I only be able to transfer to international school? Etc. I looked at Argentina universities a little bit, and while I found a tiny bit for international freshman, I didn't find anything for international transfers (lower or upper division).</p>
