<p>I am currently going to a community college in California and am considering transferring to Baruch to study accounting. What I’m not sure about is whether it’s worth paying the out of state fees and moving so far away to go to Baruch. I’ve heard people raving about this college and saying that it’s an extremely good college for business, and I’ve heard people saying that it’s not that good. I want to be completely sure that I’m making the right decision before I transfer and I need help to decide whether I should go there, or find a different school in California.</p>
<p>I think it would be better to get a degree in accounting from a school in California. Do a few internships with a solid gpa, and then start your career in accounting in New York City.</p>
