Transferring to Cal States as a non-resident

What are my chances of getting into SFSU, CSU CHICO, CSU SACRAMENTO, CSU LONG BEACH with a 3.1 gpa, I have more than 60 transferable credits and I’ve done all my major prep for my major.

As a non-resident, your GPA needs to be higher than instate residents.
Long Beach is impacted, so unless you live in the LB area, your OOS status puts you at a disadvantage.
Chico is very popular and would be a tough admit.

Sacramento may be doable.
These schools will run you at $40k per year. There is no funding for nonresidents.

SF and Sac would accept you for most programs. Unless you are in a WUE state, the OOS cost is hard to justify.

I live in California. But I am not local to SF of Sacramento. And what is OOS??

OOS= Out of State
