Transferring to Ivies and other top 20 schools chances

Hi guys, I’ll do my best to keep it brief.
I attended a above average, but not great, private school for one year studying business. I didn’t have the experience I was looking for and have decided to transfer (if possible). I managed to receive a 4.0 at my previous school while taking reasonably rigorous classes (several sophomore level). Currently I’m on a gap year traveling New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.
Grades/Scores: HS GPA: 3.97 UW, 4.15 W (all A’s in my 8 AP/honors classes), College GPA: 4.0 SAT: 770M 740CR 670W (2180/2400 & 1510/1600), SAT II: Math 2 750, CHEM 690
Honors/Other Miscellaneous Achievements:
-Top 10% of HS class (one of the top 200 US public, college prep high schools)
-President’s List at University
-State DECA champions (in my event)
-National DECA finalist
-DECA Membership committee leader
-Hogan Honors Business Program member (exclusive Business honors college program accepts ~25 students per year from 500-100 applicants)
-Varsity Track team 4 years in HS (Varsity Letter)
-Presidents/founder HS Film club
-Link Crew (upperclassman leadership group)
-NHS member and honors graduate
-French National honor society

I may have forgetting to include a few things, but these are the most significant bit I can think of. Something I am worried about: my letters of recommendation from college professors. I certainly did not leave a negative impression on any of my profs, but I didn’t connect strongly with anyone in particular. There were three that I did spend a fair amount of time getting to know and luckily these were the classes that I really excelled in. I recently emailed each of them asking for a letter of rec, and the all responded affirmatively, but they didn’t seem terribly excited about it. Point is, my letters of rec will be quite good, but definitely not spectacular. Can anyone tell me if this will be a problem and if so how I could possibly remedy it? Additionally, two other things that concern me are the fact that I am switching majors will this be a huge problem? Most of my credits are in gen ed classes. Finally, would it hurt my chances at all to apply as “Undecided?” Or should I pick a specific major?
Finally, the schools I’m applying to are: Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Columbia, Penn, Brown, Dartmouth, and Stanford (I realize this is ~impossible, just thought I do it for kicks)

Any information is greatly appreciate. Thanks so much for reading!

Anyone? I’d be willing to chance back if necessary.

I would say you have a shot at all besides maybe stanford and columbia. They are all a crapshoot, but you are a qualified candidate so im guessing you will get into at least 2 or 3 of these schools
