Transferring to UC Berkeley from College

Hello.

I want to apply next year and would like to improve my chances.
I'm transferring from a community college with 3.9 GPA. I'm not an honor student although I wanted to be one, but my English was bad [I came to the US 2 years ago, I'm not an international student, I'm a permanent resident.) and I don't have any recommendation letter(s) (I didn't ask for them, ever).

My concerns and thoughts:
1. I think my GPA is high enough.
2. I don't have any recommendation letters.
3. Never did SAT or something like that (and from my reading at Berkeley's website, I don't need to).
4. I'm 23 (24 when I'll transfer). How this will affect my chances and social life at campus?
5. I'm not an honor student (and don't have any accomplishments since I finished my high school in a different country)
6. I'll be only 3 years in the country.

Thanks for your help.

Well thank you for telling us all about yourself. However, you only asked one question…

Age won’t affect your admission and there are plenty of non-traditional students at Cal.

1) It is.
2) Doesn’t matter.
3) Doesn’t matter.
4) Doesn’t matter.
5) Doesn’t matter.
6) Doesn’t matter.

Knowing your major would help.

Thanks for your help.
