Transferring to UCLA

Hello, I am planning to apply to UCLA and I have a situation where I:
1) completed 38 units at CC
2) transferred to USC and completed 20 units at USC
3) back at CC so I can transfer to UCLA. (Took a leave of absence from USC for a couple reasons.)

I'm wondering if the rule about 86 units or less to apply to UCLA applies to me?
I did go back to CC after USC so I think I'm all right if I complete more than 70 units at CC?
I don't know if the USC units are all transferable but just in case they all are, I wanted to be safe and know for sure if I should not go over 70 units at CC.

How many of those units from USC are UD?

Hi mermaker, thanks for your reply.

If you mean UD as in upper division, I took 12 units that were upper division units. The other 8 units were lower division.

Upper division courses (4 units each):
-EALC 315: Advanced Korean 1
-EALC 315: Advanced Korean 2
-AMST 301: America, the Frontier, and the New West

Lower division courses (4 units each):
-HIST 105: The Korean Past
-JS 258: Food, Faith, and Conflict
