Transferring twice...a bad idea?

I was just wondering, does transferring twice look bad/is it a bad idea? The school that i'm going to, I do not like at all. The professors and classes are GREAT, but the people here, not so much. I'm a social bird and I like to go out and have fun. There is absolutely nothing to do here and the campus is pretty much dead on the weekends (like, really dead, no one is here). More than half of the people that go to school here commute, and I don't really like that. I would like to see more students, especially freshman, on campus.

Now, mind you, this wasn't the school that I wanted to go to. I came here because it was my last option. HOWEVER, I was absolutely EXCITED after orientation in June. But when I got here, the excitement just faded and I saw how the school really is.

I would like to ultimately transfer to USouth Carolina, Ukentucky or NCSU (if i have to stay in state). I could transfer mid year to USC, but not NCSU... my GPA in high school was way too low, and NCSU needs all credentials by Nov. 1st, while USC accepts all credentials until Jan. 3rd, so they would be able to look at my mid year college transcript.
Even though I could possibly transfer to USC, I would like to wait until sophomore year because I am out of state. I want to maintain a good GPA to where I can get scholarships. The reason why I want to go to USC/UK is because I am a biology major going into pre-pharm, and both have good pre-pharm programs. Even though NCSU doesn't have this, their math and sciences department are awesome.

I currently go to UNCG. I was thinking of maybe transferring to app for a semester ( I really like it up there!). However, does this look bad? That is going from uncg, to app, and then onto USC or NCSU or UK?

Please respond! I would really like to know!

Also- I know college isn't about partying, it's about the classes/grades, however, I would like to go to a place where i will be HAPPY for the next 3/4 years.

any insights??

I have the same question…

I also have the same question.
