I'm a freshman attending a small Liberal Arts College and I don't think it's right for my major (engineering) because the engineering system is quite skeletal. I'm very ambitious so I want to take some courses which aren't available here (Physics 3, Calc 3) and the research opportunities here aren't really oriented toward my major. Also, I'm not fitting in perfectly because I somehow already have a not-so-friendly disposition (due to misconceptions) from students because I'm not the typical college student who parties and all, but I don't even talk about it. I don't know why it bothers them. I'm somehow beginning to hate it here.

I'm an international student.

I have a 6.9/7 GPA from my first college (in my country), and most likely a 4.0 from my current college

105 TOEFL, 1960 SAT (might retake)

I was planning on transferring to a bigger school with a solid ENGR system (top 50 range), but most only take fall transfers. I was wondering if I should stay here another semester or go to a community college and get some courses out (living alone off campus because I really think I need some time to myself) while still going to class. Could you please tell me which to pick, and why?
