Transfers: Have any of you been asked to provide proof of ECs?

I listed several ECs that were from my high school, and if i'm asked to provide proof of those activities, i'm not sure my high school will be open during the summer to give me any of that. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone been asked to provide anything about ECs yet?

nope.

I have some pretty odd EC's listed, yet was not asked to show proof of them. I wouldn't worry to much about it. You can always contact the organization you worked with and explain to them your story. They can give you some certificate that just reports how many hours you did. Just because you did it in HS, doesn't mean that it has to be through the HS.

Also, none of my EC's were registered with the school. Even in HS, I did it on my own time and never bothered to "log" hours. But I got certificates from the organizations, saying how many hours I worked, in case I needed it for future reference.

Haha yeah, I wish I had gotten some sort of proof of these when I was involved with the programs. Also, some of the things I listed, such as being president of a club, etc., wouldn't really have documentation I could get outside of the school. Oh well, I suppose i'll worry about it if it comes to that. Thanks for the response :)

yearbook? were you guys listed in the yearbook and they show you as president? you can always photo copy that and send it to them. that's proof, just not FORMAL proof.

i heard you can just send them a photo of you doing something. like i could of sent a photo of myself in africa. that would apparently be proof. doing what i said i was doing, that is.
