<p>I believe the number of students admitted correlates to how many people leave or graduate from UCLA.</p>
<p>I think that recently, there is a slightly smaller pool of admitted students because more people are staying more than 4 years.</p>
<p>Other than that, I think the transfer and freshman admission quota are not related in a way that you think it is.</p>
