Travel Assistance Program for Students Visiting Cambridge in April

Is it true for Harvard to offer travel assitance to a group of students accepted into the class of 2012 ?

If it is true, how we can get the support ?
Do we need to show the receipt of airline ticket to the office
when we visit Harvard during April 25 - 27 ?

A letter was sent with your package.

I can't find.
Can you explian in detail ?

it's a letter that is included in your financial aid folder. it tells you to call a certain number and has a reference number. use that. READ ALL YOUR FORMS!!!

It's not in our Financial Aid folder either. I'd just call the FA office.

Only a select number of students receive a travel voucher. If it's not in your folder, you probably do not qualify for the voucher program.

^^ What he said. I received the voucher and my EFC is 0. ( 6 person family - income = under 30,000)

lol, you only get it if you need it.

I saw a question about this on the forum for admitted students to Harvard. A harvard rep said that financial aid for those travelling to cambridge to visit Harvard is given automatically if Harvard sees a need. If you don't receive it, it seems unlikely that you'll be given help if you request some travel assistance.
