Hello! I will be entering the 9th grade this fall, into the pre ib program. Are there any traveling opportunities in the programs? If so, is Korea one of the options! Thanks 
Unless your school offers something specific, the IB program doesn’t include travel. IB includes certain courses and tests, service hours, and individual research projects. It may prepare you for travel - for instance, the program has an emphasis on global consciousness and requires you to take language classes, but if you want to travel you’ll need to do it independently or with a specific travel program.

You would have to check on making up any classes that you miss while traveling. My daughter has to make up Health and American History.
