Trying to decide between Florida schools

Hi, my S applied to several Florida Schools but we are having a hard time trying to decide which school would be best for him.
His top choices are USF - St Pete, University of Tampa and UCF, also considering Flagler.
He will be an accounting major (pre-law minor). He loves the UCF campus but the size (over 50,000 students) is somewhat intimidating. We havent seen USF- St Pete and cannot find out how many students attend, altho, on paper seems to be a good fit.
Right now he prefers UTampa mostly because of size. I say right now because he keeps changing his mind whether Tampa or UCF is the better school.
He wants to go to the school with the better reputation and he feels that UCF is that school altho since we are OOS, we are unsure. Uggghh so confusing!

Any thoughts?

Have you visited UCF and gone on a campus tour? Some large campuses are quite manageable if buildings are set up in a logical fashion, and/or the campus has a tram system.

If the school “groups” buildings according to majors, then it “shrinks” the campus a bit.

We went over the summer. Since we’re OOS, it was hard to schedule a visit during the school year. We will make another visit early next year. My biggest concern is that my S is somewhat quiet and I’m afraid he’ll get “lost” at a big school; but UCF is edging out Tampa because of rep. Is it as good as it looks on paper?
