Trying to Fence In FSU and UF...

<p>Here is a communication from FSU President Barron with regard to proposed regulations which would effectively remove Florida State's statewide educational mission. These regulations would very negatively affect FSU and UF.</p>

<p>I would urge everyone concerned with academic excellence at FSU and UF to closely monitor the Florida Board of Governors and let them know we do not want to fence the flagship universities in.</p>

<p>This is obviously a blatant attempt attempt by schools like FAU, USF and UCF to cut the oldest state universities down to size to eliminate competition.</p>
