Trying to transfer in from UMass Dartmouth - Confused?

<p>Basically right now I'm a business major at UMass Dartmouth's Charlton College of Business. I want to transfer to UMass Amherst urgently. I'm a freshman in my fall semester, actually currently picking classes for the Spring. I want to transfer to UMass Amherst for Fall of sophomore year.</p>

<p>Everytime I talk to my advisor here, they tell me to talk to a transfer counselor at UMass Amherst. I am finding difficulty finding transfer advisors numbers or emails on the Amherst website. Secondly, there is supposedly an interchange program for students to transfer colleges within the UMass program. Does anybody have anymore information on this than the limited information on UMass Amherst's site? Thank you.</p>

<p>There is an inter-campus priority transfer agreement. If your GPA is strong (minimum is 2.5 but I’m sure the requirement is somewhat higher), you have a great shot.</p>
