Hi -- my DD applied EN this past weekend, and her application is now being reviewed by the first reader. She would like to send in the graded paper and family rec -- is it possible to send these by email, or must they be snail mailed? If by email, should she just send it to the general admissions emails, admit@admissions.rochester.edu? Thanks so much.

rbhhbr,

I just asked the front desk, and YES! You can absolutely email your graded paper and family rec to admit@admissions.rochester.edu

Make sure the applicant’s name is clearly written on top of each form. The front desk staff will print out your items, drop them in our “sort queue”, and they will be uploaded to your application as soon as possible (usually a one day turnaround).

Thanks for asking!

For everyone else… you can also fax your application materials to our office.

The University of Rochester Admissions fax number is 585-461-4595

I signed onto my MyROC account for the first time in awhile today and read the entire thing (previous times I mostly just skimmed it, which is my error ><) so I only found out today about the family rec and writing sample. Is it too late to submit those as part of my app if I’m applying EN? Thank you!

S sent his writing sample and parent rec attached to email–no problems at all

Great advice TSocash–thanks!
