Tufts admissions.. help?

Hi, I’ve applied early decision 2 to Tufts, and as you can imagine I am panicking that I won’t be admitted. I honestly don’t know what I’m looking for on here, but here are my stats:
31 on the ACT (I know, yikes)
4.0 unweighted GPA
top 10% of my class
National Honor Society
Varsity field hockey for 4 years, captain
Varsity softball
over 600 hours of community service
Principle musician and lead player in jazz ensemble; played regionally and statewide
Won international scholarship to travel abroad
won various art awards throughout high school
in several different clubs/activities
I feel pretty confident in my essay/supplements, but then again I’m probably very biased.

Help?

We’re all guessing that decisions will come out sometime this week (likely Friday). Try to relax!!! It’ll all be fine. If you want to join our EDII applicant group chat and freak out with the rest of us then PM me :).

Hi there,
Without fully knowing how your supplement essays are written, I really cannot tell for sure.

Your extracurricular activities seem a little bit scattered around, so I am wondering how you crafted your persona.
Don’t worry about your ACT score at all – as long as it’s in the mid-50%, you should be more than fine. Tufts admissions depends a lot on how unique you are as an individual and how your narrative would contribute to its community. What were some of your strengths that you focused on illustrating?

Your academic profile, community engagement shown through the community service, and various extracurricular activities collectively make you a very strong candidate.
At this point, worrying about getting into Tufts and asking for chance on this website do not make any difference – try to relax a bit (trust me, i know how hard it is) and forget about it until you get the decision ready.
Even if you do not get into Tufts, I am beyond certain that you will have some great options on your list based upon your awesome academic credentials and extracurricular involvement.

I am rooting for you and good luck!

I tried to show myself more through my artistic and environmental persona, and even though my extracurriculars are a bit scattered but I’ve done them all for years and have great recommendations from them. Thank you so much for your advice, I’ve certainly calmed down much from it! @aegis400
