I called… but someone else should… trust but verify!
i don’t think i can wait any longer than a day…
@Kahlua012 what did they say??
:(( what they say @Kahlua012
If anyone is curious how many ED 2 applicants could be accepted: http://admissions.tufts.edu/blogs/jumbo-talk/post/the-first-18-to-join-17-take-2/
They said not tomorrow. But by the 15th.
Ahhhhhh nooooo no more waiting
So I submitted my mid-year report on feb 1st (Monday). Do you think college admissions officers would factor it in even if they already reviewed my application? Is it a luck of the draw type of deal? Thanks and good luck guys!
dang I wanted to find out tomorrow
Awww we got our hopes up
can anyone else confirm though. I don’t want to expect not getting it and then see a email with a decision at 3pm tomorrow :((
Does anyone know what the acceptance screen looks like? Is there a big congrates and music?!
Omg is it actually not going to be tomorrow
The 15th is 11 days away I can not do 11 more days of waiting
@dorothylewes i wanna know that too!! usually you can tell immediately if it starts off with a “thank you for applying” or “congratulations!” i can’t find what the tufts acceptance letter looks like anywhere online
@driedmangoes it says “Congratulations!” first if you’re accepted
I found them through instagram haha
@pastalover0495 haha gotcha! thanks for letting me know
“Congratulations”…the dream man
Congratulations you have been given the chance to study at another school :v
@dorothylewes @driedmangoes and whoever else was wondering, I was accepted EDI. I never actually got an email, but luckily someone with connections in the admissions office figured out the exact date and time, so I knew when to check. On the admissions website, you have to go to check my application status, click the link to your EDII application, and it will say “an update to your application has been posted” or something to that effect. There’s a link you click to see the update, and it’s either a letter of acceptance or rejection. The acceptance letter starts off like “Dear _____,
Congratulations! On behalf of the Committee on Admissions, I am honored to offer you undergraduate admission to Tufts University…”
There’s nothing big on the website, but trust me, you don’t need music or virtual balloons. Good luck to you all and I hope to see you in the fall!
