Tufts transfer admits down; 304 ED I admits

<p>From the Tufts Daily today I've learned that only 15 transfer students enrolled at Tufts this past fall (down from a usual # of around 40-50), due mostly it seems to over-enrollment over the past few classes.</p>

<p>Also, there were 304 ED I admits from a pool "comparable" in size to last year's ED I pool. The Admissions Office is no longer going to provide #s of how many apply ED I/II, the article says, because they don't want people to cull percentage acceptance rates from the early rounds and compare them to the regular round.</p>
