These are three of the schools I am most interested in, I am basically just looking for people to compare and contrast them; students, comfort of school, location, academics, reputation, prestige, best programs, anything. If you have any idea about anything about these three colleges and how they compare to eachother would be great.

Tufts and Cornell are pretty similar in terms of academics. Cornell and Colgate may be more similar in terms of how big sports are at either school. Cornell and Tufts may have more of an edge in the prestige/recognition category, but yo ushould look into which place has a better program in what you want to study.

I am not 100% sure what I would like to study...defiantley in the humanities, poossiibblllyyy business (parents want), but I am really not sure, but defiantley not pre-med, physics, ect.

Tufts is closest to a city. Cornell is the largest.

If you're completely "undecided" as to your area of concentration, then you should go with the school that offers the best programs in several areas you're i nterested in. Also consider that each school has a very different "vibe" -- Cornell is huge and isolated; Tufts is smaller and close to a city, with a very international focus in its studies and student make-up; Colgate is also small and somewhat isolated.

All are excellent schools with comparable student bodies. One way to solve this question is to apply, see where you are accepted and then see which school you like the best after you're accepted. If you're talking ED, only apply if you're absolutely in love with a school. If you feel that way, you'll know.

"Cornell is huge and isolated, Colgate is also small and somewhat isolated"

Ithaca is at least designated as a small city ... Hamilton isn't much of anything.
