Is anyone else waiting to hear about the Tuition Exchange scholarship for the class of 2023? I heard that decisions will not be made until the middle of April! Does anyone have experiences with Tuition Exchange at USC? Supposedly they award the scholarships to 11-40% of the admits that apply.
