Tuition Free Colleges For High ACT/SAT Applicants?

Does a compendium exist of schools that grant FREE tuition for students with high test scores, assuming the applicant's other credentials (GPA, class rank, essay, etc.) are comparable? For example, Ohio University offers FREE tuition for all students with an ACT composite of at least 32. Miami University, by contrast, had a tier of scholarships in the mid-2000s for students (some not all) scoring from 29 to 34 with the higher scorers being eligible for more money.

I am pretty sure Ohio U stopped offering that Gateway full tuition scholarship just this year. I posted as much in the guaranteed full tuition thread linked above.

Editing to add - OU still offers a full tuition scholarship but it is no longer automatic for certain stats.

thanks for the update, OHMom
