<p>If I submit my project for the Deans' Honor Scholarship past the postmark date of December 15 will they still look at my submission? I sent it about a half hour past midnight. I am basically wondering how fluid they are with their deadlines for this sort of thing. </p>
<p>I honestly don’t know. I suggest you call and ask them. BTW, if it was 12:30 AM EST, that was still 11:30 AM CST and you would be OK. You appear to live in the Eastern time zone, yes?</p>
