1580 SAT and 96.5 GPA- super nervous I was deferred
I just got my acceptance letter a few minutes ago! My mail is usually delivered early in the morning and it didn’t come until 4pm today so stay hopeful! The mail is definitely slow! Good luck everyone!
Pittsburgh PA area and still have not received a letter. Are we sure they’ll post decisions on the portal tonight?

@bigboy69 It would definitely appear that way, but I don’t wanna jump the gun. The admissions office says that all of them are sent out at once but someone in this thread claims they called the admissions office and confirmed that only acceptances were sent out. Also, F*** the Flyers.

So so so excited and thankful! I received my acceptance letter today no more than an hour ago (Denver, CO). Founders Scholarship awarded as well.
Not outstanding Stats, though my common app essay is probably an 11/10–I worked on it for five months and it’s a very creative subject (my love of “defending the villain” as I want to pursue law). 8.5/10 “Why Tulane?” Applied for Paul Tulane as well.

Extracurriculars: NHS, competitive ballet dancer for 10 years with summer intensives (Kirov Academy of Ballet, Giordano Jazz Chicago etc) every year since 6th grade. I’m also one of the leaders of a student run a-capella group that meets every morning before school. Lots of community service through Habitat for Humanity. If you still haven’t gotten your letter, don’t stress! I was so worried yesterday and convinced myself I hadn’t made it in. Congrats to the class of 2022! Roll Wave!
Just got in guys! Letter came in mail, but it was only two pages saying Congratulations with some next steps. However, on the portal, nothing has changed. Is this normal? I have no idea my financial aid. By the way I’m from California.
@IvyLeaguer225 Financial aid info will be sent to you on the Gibson portal --the timing of when you will receive the financial aid decisions depend on when you sent in your completed the FAFSA and the CSS Profile, including submission of the required supporting tax return/financial documentation on the College Board’s IDOC website. (Actually I think for Tulane we may have sent it directly to an address in Massachusetts (?) where they looked at it directly.) Last year we submitted everything by mid-December and received financial aid package in first week of February. So about 6 weeks. The financial aid office is very helpful so feel free to call them with any questions you have.
Jacksonville, FL and no letter yet… It is starting to look a lot more like I will be deferred. Congrats to those that have already been accepted and good luck to everyone in the same boat as me. Only 2 more hours of waiting!

Wisconsin and still no letter today. Very disappointed and definitely expecting to be deferred or denied at this point.
@bigboy69 I know someone who was denied and got a physical letter yesterday.
Also, I finally figured out where you guys are seeing “2018 Admission” and I see it too so don’t think that means anything
