<p>They definitely can help. Practice is key but the SAT isn't a normal test and it helps to know how to beat it. I took my first SAT without any real prep, and well, it wasn't pretty!!! A good book can make a big difference.</p>

<p>No I have take the PSAT...I am only a sophomore to tell you the truth. I know I purpotedly have " a lot" of time left, but time flies...lol</p>
<p>Yeah, you definitely have time. If you do a decent amount of practice tests (best are College Board of course, and then PR's), you should get a good score.</p>
