The first is that I accidentally put down that my mom was born in the USA when she was born in China. The second is that I didn't include an AP test score (a 4 in AP English Literature) because there I couldn't put it on the common app. Is this a big deal? Should I contact each of my 11 schools that I applied to common app about this?

Don’t really worry about the AP test score; they don’t have affect your admissions decisions if that’s what you’re worried about. As for your other error, I’m not sure how much that matters either…but if you want, you can contact them about that. Neither of your errors are significant to me. I’m certain that the AP test score doesn’t matter at all but as for the Chinese origins problem, maybe that matters somewhat…? I can’t imagine it being like the swinging factor that will make a college accept you or reject or anything.

Just send each of your colleges an email pointing out and apologizing for the errors. I’m sure this isn’t something they’d reject you for.
