So i have a final from 8-11, then another from 1230-330. I have heard a lot about trying to not get finals on the same day....but this is for Math and an interesting breadth that i really want to take this semester.

Any advice/insights? Thank you

it’s really not as bad as it sounds. just split up your studying time well before the test day. and you get 1.5 hours to do last minute cramming for your second one. just don’t depend on that 1.5 hour period only.

oh and by the way, my two classes are Math 16A and MCB 55

alright, thanks for the advice!

It’s manageable. I had 3 finals in 2 days. Math 16a should be ok if you took calc in high school.
Don’t know anything about mcb 55

What if I have a Math16a and a Chem1a final on the same day, and I suck at calculus and got a 2 on the AP :(?

I also have chem 1a and math 16a on the same day, but they’re several hours apart

We’re screwed. LOL just kidding. Oh well, this just gives me another reason to not slack off :).

it’s unavoidable. i’ve had 2 finals on one day for all of my semesters at cal, so it’s not that big of a deal. just make sure u don’t cram for it the last minute.

I heard MCB 55 was easy. 16a is a joke. So it really shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve known people who had 3 tough finals in one day yet still survived.
