<p>I got in the SCS, but I was wondering if I can still study a language as well. I remember going to one of the information sessions and the man said we are required to take at least one course in H&SS. I already know English is required, but can I take another course? Could I even just at least minor in a language. Btw the language is french lol</p>
<p>SCS requires you to have a minor in something else. So yes, French could be your minor. You can also double major if you’d like; the classes you need for a major vs a minor in a language are not that different in number.</p>
<p>I think the biggest thing when double majoring in a language is you have to do a project for another class in that language or something like that.</p>
<p>Man, I’d love to see someone do 211 in French. :p</p>
