Two Waitlists

I accepted two waitlist offers, one at CSU Fullerton and one at UC Riverside. Those won’t intervene or mess with each other, right?

I’m considering UC Riverside as a starting base, as I want to major in English to be a high school teacher and CSU credits don’t transfer very successfully to UC’s. I aim to end up transferring to a higher ranking UC perhaps after the first two years of college, but wonder other’s opinions as well. I want to know what you know about transferring from a UC to another UC.

My last question is housing. Do you think that availability in housing will be very low once / if I am off the waitlist?

Thanks so much. I know it’s a lot of questions, but my single mother only graduated from our local state school in our area. She doesn’t know how to answer many of my college questions, so I’m thankful for sites like this!

two waitlists is OK but, you are right to be concerned about housing, class availability etc. the seats and beds are filling up. Hopefully, you’ve been accepted elsewhere as well. If so, Id focus my energy there.

Also, as a HS English teacher, there’s really no advantage to having attended UCB vs your local CSU.
