TX State San Marcos vs U of M Twin Cities?

Hello, I'm a Senior this year, and wants to be accepted into the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities or Texas State San Marcos. I've decided to major in Computer Science, and is stuck on which school to attend! On the other hand, I'm also worried whether or not I'll be accepted into either one! Anyway, here's some of my infos:

Ap/CIS taken/currently taking:

Ap Stats, Ap Physics, Ap Economics, CIS Spanish, Ap Calculus BC, Ap Chemistry.

Activities:

Cross Country, Track and Field, and two years of FIRST lego robotics.

Gender: Male
Race: Asian
From: Minnesota

ACT: 22 (Currently waiting for the new score to come back)
GPA: 3.75
School Rank: Top 25%

If possible, please answer my questions as soon as possible!

Thanks in Advance,

-Genxi

P.S.: If you still need more informations, please let me know :)

Your GPA is on par for the UM TC, and such, but the ACT score is too low for it, what high school do you go to?

Wait a sec, if your in CIS aren’t you already enrolled in the U?

The CIS Spanish program is taught at my high school, so no, I’m not enrolled in the U yet.

Anyone…?

CIS spanish means your recieving U credits, which means you were accepted to the U on some level, which greatly increases your chances of being accepted.

I hope it does because I really want to stay instate so I can save money and be with my family. What I am wishing for at the moment is a higher ACT score. Thank you for responding Wilmiester :)

More responds please?

I need more enlightenment! >.<
