I emailed the admission counselor who will be reading my application (the one who also visited my school) and accidentally said "I am a perspective student at USC" instead of PROSPECTIVE.

What do I do???? Should I send another email correcting myself?...

Haha don’t worry - I don’t think it is that big of a deal. if you are really worried, shoot a short email saying something like “Sorry - prospective student, not perspective!”

Any one else know what I should do? I sent the email yesterday so it might be weird to email her now correcting her (even though she hasn’t responded to my email yet)… Should I do it? do you think she will remember me when she reads my application and think “thats the girl that can’t spell”

You can look like a teenager who was typing quickly and chose the wrong word, or you can email her again and look like you’ve really earned your College Confidential screen name.
