<p>From what I've heard, Chicago's econ program is unbeatable.</p>
<p>Well, U Chicago and Mit have always been the classic schools of thought in Econ (Chicago is on the conservative end and Mit on the liberal end of econ.) So I guess if you want to do econ you should go to U Chicago. If you're not sure and might change your major, you should go to Yale because you'd have more oppertunities to enroll in top programs in whatever major you choose.</p>
<p>Yale has the stronger undergraduate program, overall. David Brooks, a UChicago alumnus and one of the most famous and influential commentators and authors in the country, wrote in a high-profile article that, despite his allegiance to UChicago, he believes Yale is the nation's strongest university for undergraduate education. </p>
<p>Obviously, like Yale, Chicago has a number of well-known professors and its economics department has historically been very strong (when tracked over the past 50 years, second only to Yale).</p>

<p>hmmm...Interesting Im trying to decide which school to transfer into, Yale or Chicago....hmmm...I was thinking Georgetown, Chicago, Yale, Harvard</p>
